Hello! I am Nadia Mac Donald
A warm welcome to being part and present here on my journey and getting to know me a bit better!
Nadia’s Journey is inspired by taking moments of my life’s journey putting them into words and photographs, sharing my story on this platform with you.
I am a Small town Farmgirl with a big heart and happy spirit from the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Afrikaans born and bred but also using this platform to bring the English inner-writer out!
Long story short about my journey so far. I have been a school border from grade 5 to 12..making me a very adaptable individual that finds joy in connecting with others.
After years of dreaming and building, In 2010 my parents launched their business venture, ‘Oakly Farm Stall‘, on the Route 72 in the Eastern Cape. Building the ‘Oakly’ Brand has come a long way with hard work and much love, I have also been shaped through this journey, working on the weekends and holidays. Building my character with facing customers, listening to their stories and finding solutions to scenarios have both been interesting and eye-opening.
My interest in Business / Marketing has developed and I had the opportunity to study a degree in BBA Marketing Management at IMM Graduate School in Stellenbosch.
As a graduate and having the world at my feet, I am so excited for the future living in the present by enjoying the elements around me.
I have a LOVE for Adventure, Connecting and Inspiring through the amazing art forms of Photography, Food and Travel. Experiencing all these moments and having the interest in inspiration is just heart warming. I am so excited to share with you!
